Inspired both by my love of French poster artist Gérard Courbouleix–Dénériaz, also known as Razzia, and this client's business, I created this artwork in homage.

Once, on an early morning hike in Colorado, as I was waking up and watching the trail beneath my feet I encountered a young bull moose. I looked up and there he was, in all of his glory, chewing away on things a moose eats. Not 10 feet in front of me we stared at each other until he decided to move on. It was a potentially life-threatening encounter but it was pure magic for me.

I've loved moose since then. I also love Colorado, and pop art. Er go this affinity compilation of a work.

I took a road trip around Colorado in the summer of 2019, and MANY photos along way. One particular long-exposure inspired me to try and illustrate it.

As a fan of retro posters I wanted to create an updated poster inspired by the US Travel Bureau posters of the 1930's.
